The most frequent email that is now sent to me is “do you offer consulting work for independent practices?”
Up until 10/2022 I was offering my services for free. I love supporting physicians who are thinking about going solo or starting their own practice. However, due to high demand, I will now have a formal process for consulting work. I love talking with all the doctors who have contacted me. It has gotten to the point where I am spending several hours a week helping quite a few doctors with questions that they have starting their own practice. While I love doing this, I had to create a process for helping out physicians who need assistance.
